My 4Life product is a little different color than last time. Did you change the formula?
No, we did not change the formula. Coloring may change slightly from batch to batch produced because the raw ingredients are natural products which may have slightly different coloring. Be assured that 4Life always maintains a strict testing procedure for potency and standardization.

What is phenylalanine and why is it in 4Life's Multiplex?
Phenylalanine is considered an essential amino acid that is utilized by the body in producing and supporting neurotransmitter production in the brain. Multiplex is multi-vitamin formula designed to support a healthy nervous system and promote overall general health.

Are the products Kosher?
The 4Life capsules are considered Kosher, because they were blessed by a Rabbi, although the ingredients inside should not be considered as such. Some of the products originally from ShapeRite had been certified as Kosher. You can identify certified Kosher products by the circle K symbol that is printed on the package. Currently, some 4Life products have been submitted for this certification.

What are the differences between the BioVitaMins I, II and III?
BioVitaMins are formulated to provide the best supplementation according to individual metabolic needs. With the exception of Vitamin C and Selenium, contents of various vitamins and minerals differ in amounts among the three BioVitaMin choices.

Some of the daily values on the BioVitamins exceed 100%, is this safe?
Yes, it is safe when used as directed. The government set Recommended Daily Intakes (RDIs) are set as minimums.
